1st Line Desktop Support
Salary: £24k - £28K
Location: Edinburgh - Morrison Street. 5 days onsite.
What you will be doing
- An ambitious, sustainable and established law firm is seeking a 1st Line Onsite IT Service Desk Technician who would be to provide technical support to all users of the firms IT systems.
- As the first point of call, you will be recording, monitoring, diagnosing, resolving and escalating any technical problems which arise.
- You will also be involved in the IT installation and deployment service and provide instructions on how to use this technology effectively and effectively.
Required skills
- Windows Server Operating systems.
- Office 365.
- Active Dictionary.
- Intune.
- A high degree of technical competence.
- Impeccable inter-personal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- An IT qualification or previous IT experience.
Preferred Skills
- Qualifications or experience in ITIL Foundation, Azure Fundamentals, iManage and Aderant.

- Candidates must be available for interviews between the 23rd - 27th of September and specifically on either the 30th September or 1st of October.
