Temporary Chef required
This role required an Enhance DBS on the update service
Weekday and weekends
Duties
- Plan and cook meals from the menu chosen by the school and follow all dietary guidelines, including portion control.
- Cleaning of kitchen and dining room area,
- You will be lone working but with the support of staff
- Passing on purchase orders for food required for school groups attending site
- Ensure the security of the kitchen and storerooms is maintained at all times to provide a safe and hygienic working environment.
Required
- Experience of cooking and catering for large groups (150-250)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
- Basic awareness of COSHH
- Experience of using a range of catering equipment and appliances
- Previous experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
