e are looking to recruit an exceptional Project Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Project Co-ordinators within the Projects department who are responsible for multi-technology, equipment projects and high-quality solutions, from order through to successful delivery and installation.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Effective management of the project team, ensuring on time delivery of bespoke installations
- Purchasing responsibilities for project parts and supplies
- Continuous development of all current processes and operations
- Development and coaching of the project team
- Collaboration with commercial teams
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Strong experience in a customer fulfilment position
- The ability to manage a team of Project Coordinators fulfilling technical projects from order to payment
- People leadership experience able to coach and develop teams
- Data analysis and KPI management
- Commercial acumen
