Hybrid, Financial Customer Services Associate - 1 Year Contract £14/hour
This is a year-long contract for a customer service associate in an international financial services business. It is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days wfh.
- The contract must last for 12 months minimum, starting at £14/hour and will rise to £16/hour after a successful 6-month review.
We are looking for a finance graduate with demonstrable interest in financial services.
1 year of customer service would be preferred but is not essential.
The successful candidate will have: - Strong numerical, verbal and written skills.

The work will include:
- communications with clients via telephone, emails, or live chat messaging system
- Exchange to foreign currency tasks - calculating rates and arranging trades/transfers
- General digital filing and administrative duties
- CRM Systems management
- Verification of documents through systems for compliance checks
