Role: Helpdesk Administrator (Temporary)
Contract: 6-8 Weeks
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: £11.64 per hour
Location: East Street, Leeds
Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a candidate to provide support to their client in Leeds. This is a temporary assignment to last approximately 6-8 weeks.
Some duties may include:
- Answering calls
- Handling Queries
- Assigning contractors to jobs
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing records and database
- Liaise with engineers and contractors
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience handling telephone queries and high volume of calls
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role required.
