This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our client's busy office in Guildford! They will potentially consider candidates with no previous estate agency experience, but if this is the case you will need to be currently in a sales or a customer services role. In any case, you should be an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone, and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment. Personal specification:
- A background in sales/customer service
- Some experience within property would be advantageous
- Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
- Have some knowledge of the local area
- Strong communications skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Articulate
- Assertive, confident and friendly
- Good time management skills
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary on offer will include a basic of £18,000 to £20,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and performance.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. You will get a day back in lieu when a Saturday is worked.
