Great Opportunity to join a friendly busy team as a Sales Administrator

£23k-£28k per annum

Full Time, Permanent

Location: Kingston upon Thames

Our client, a growing FMCG company based in Kingston upon Thames, is seeking 3 Sales Administrators to provide vital support to their Sales Desks. As part of their large and friendly team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective movement of produce.

Responsibilities:

Inputting sales data into the IT system
Monitoring stocks and resolving related queries
Building professional relationships with customers and depots through telephone communication
Creating and maintaining files on products and suppliers
Compiling and issuing correspondence based on guidelines
Checking, collating, and handling invoices for payment

Candidate Requirements:

IT literate with advanced skills in Excel and Word
Strong time management and deadline-oriented
Previous office experience
Excellent organisational skills with a systematic approach
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Assertive and collaborative work style
Initiative and follow-through on tasks
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to focus in a busy environment
Flexible and able to work as part of a multitask team
Proactive in suggesting improvements

Desirable attributes:

Experience with spreadsheets, preferably Excel
Ambition and potential for future development

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (with one hour for lunch)
  • 1 Saturday in 3 (7:30 am - 11:00 am) with overtime pay

23 days holiday per annum
