Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support construction projects and ensure smooth operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
