In this role you will:
- Deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
- Perform a range of technical support activities, both onsite and remotely.
- Provide exceptional support and service to our Scania network, and Milton Keynes head office.
- Work as part of a team to ensure incident and request service level targets are met, escalating issues in line with service desk processes.
- Adapt to a quickly changing IT environment and landscape.
