Role Overview:
- Utilize your QTS and experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to work with children in 3-hour blocks, 1:1.
- Provide support in the homes or neutral settings like community libraries, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Commit to a provided timetable for consistent support, with block durations ranging from 4 weeks to termly based on the complexity of needs.
- Work with children for a maximum of 15 hours per week, offering flexibility in scheduling shorter days.
- Engage with both Primary and Secondary students, with core subject specialisms.
- Employ excellent communication strategies to effectively connect with students and our organization.
