£12.60 - £15.75 PER HOUR
People Solutions are looking for a Transport Administration Supervisor for our client based in Cambuslang.

Day to Day Duties
- Ensures relevant information relating to transport legislation is available in a timely manner and highlighted at the appropriate level
- Monitor vehicle maintenance detail to ensure adherence to legal compliance, i.e. scheduling, MOTs and servicing
- Co-ordinate and support repair and maintenance requirements for transport fleet operations in line with legal compliance and regulation
- Collate and present necessary transport information to the Planning Team via the Management Information System
- Use a variety of systems to produce and maintain accurate transport information
- Liaise with external functions i.e. agencies and suppliers to achieve Transport objectives and operation plan
Essential Skills
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Flexible as may need to do some weekend working
- Must be able to work rotating shifts
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working within a transport or fast-paced driving environment is preferred but not essential
