Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent and leading fostering agency, with the appointment of an Operations Manager. Their offices are minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.
The company are seeking passionate and resilient individuals to join their growing team. You will be managing the Central Placements team reporting into the Placements Team Manager to ensure the daily operations runs smoothly and all processes are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost their income through optimized placement processes and creative service offerings.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the Placement Team, ensuring compliance with fostering regulations in England and Scotland and maintaining a high occupancy rate.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the safety and quality of all placements, adhering to Ofsted and Care Inspectorate standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage team members to maximize performance and support business growth, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with Local Authorities to position them as a preferred provider and secure more placement opportunities.
- Data-Driven Strategies: Utilise data to identify trends and inform strategies that enhance service delivery and revenue generation.
- Administrative Efficiency: Ensure administrative support is robust, and all processes are aligned with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Can demonstrate success in sales or business development.
- A history of developing sales strategies, maximising profits and business growth.
- Experience in Foster Care, Adoption Agencies or Local Authorities is highly desirable.
- An understanding of the principles of safeguarding young people.
