Please note, you will need to have B2B Content Marketing experience, ideally in a small business, as the PropTech business are only 17 people.

The business are a leading software business within the PropTech industry and specialise in provide cutting edge solutions for people and businesses in property. They have been growing and expanding year-on-year through organic growth. Today the company boasts a client base of 400-strong and is generating £1.5m ARR.

This is a brand new role within their growing Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager. It is a perfect fit for someone who can hit the ground running and can immediately begin to create, collate and develop compelling content.

(Please note this role is fully remote but you must be based within the UK)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals
  • Plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Content ideation
  • Write, Create, Edit, and publish engaging content
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
  • Develop an editorial calendar

Requirements and skills:

  • 3+ years' work experience as a Content writer/manager
  • Must have experience of addressing a B2B audience
  • Experience working as a Content Manager within the Education/ Mentoring/ HR industry.
  • Skilled Content Writing and management experience
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
