AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor for our client, a full-service commercial law firm with an offering that includes all aspects of real estate work, corporate/commercial transaction, dispute resolution, employment and immigration, private client and tax. We are looking for a Property Litigation Associate to join a current team of 8.
- 2-3 years PQE; minimum 2 years' sole experience in prop lit
- Excellent academics
- Someone who is able to hit the ground running and manage their own caseload (with supervison)
- A desire to learn, grow and develop
- Great team player
This role will include both Commercial and Resi work. You will have good knowledge of all things property law, and land and civil litigation knowledge. The workload here is varied, including: secured lending, bridging lenders, some mortgage possession, mainly landlord work, HNWI, some trusts, acting for hedgefunds.
You will support Partners on complex cases, working as part of a dynamic team where everyone helps. This person will be supported to develop and push to Senior Associate, with great long-term career opportunities.
