Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are excited to be working with a highly successful, fast growth specialist Business Service company based in Castleford who are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team.
This role reflects the organic growth and success of this ambitious, multi-site business and will operate as part of the support and delivery for the HR team whilst reporting into the HR Operations Director.
Your role will include:
- Providing Senior Management with advice around employment law issues
- Improving company policies, procedures and templates
- Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding
- Producing offer letters and contracts
- Providing support to hiring managers in formal meetings
- Using Employee metrics system to input and record data
- Taking a lead on all day-to-day ER
- Involvement with the Learning and Development strategy

The ideal candidate will have proven success in their career as a HR Advisor and will be able to work confidently under pressure. Strong IT skills are essential. CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
