Repairs Co-ordinator
in the Bristol area. You'll be working in a busy housing associations completing various planning and admin duties. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Repairs Co-ordinator
will receive
- £28,000 Salary

Day to day responsibilities of the
Repairs Co-ordinator
- Scheduling of surveyor inspection (Pre and post) to enable effective assessment of works required and the quality control of completed work
- Liaising with colleagues, partners and contractors as to the completion of any works and ensure the data is logged on the relevant systems
- Responding to queries about outstanding works from colleagues, partners and customers
