Salary:- £29,000 - £37,000 p.a + Performance Related Bonus

Flexibility to work remotely on regular occasions/Free Parking/28 Days Holiday Entitlement/Support to obtain NVQ Level 5 (Health & Social Care)

I am excited to be recruiting on behalf of my client, an established Domiciliary Care Company situated near Basingstoke, Hampshire for a Deputy Care Manager. My client delivers excellent Domiciliary homecare services for two NHS Frameworks covering the Hampshire & Surrey areas plus multiple private clients within these locations. This is a great opportunity to work for a provider who invests in their team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to actively grow the business resulting in reward and professional progression to Registered Care Manager and ultimately an Operations role overseeing a multi - site structure.

Duties:-

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, providing guidance & support to maintain high standards of care.
  • Develop & implement care plans tailored to each client's needs & preferences.
  • Conduct assessments/reviews to ensure the provision of appropriate care & support.
  • Participate in an on-call roster providing and co-coordinating cover for unplanned absence to maintain the service.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment, training, & performance evaluation of care staff.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to coordinate and further the development of private domiciliary care services through Community Engagement activities, Networking etc.
