This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supporting team and begin your career in the exciting media & advertising industry, forging key relationships with the UK's top media agencies, out-of-home specialists and blue chip brands, within a fast-growing and free thinking business.

We're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Executive/Graduate to support the Sales & Marketing team.

You will initially gain experience as a campaign support for Sales, also working closely with the Marketing Director, before moving into a more permanent Sales Executive role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, adapt to work in many fields and a drive for providing exceptional relationship skills.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a competitive flair, be a team player, have an outgoing personality, and have a curiosity around advertising, media and communications. You may have previous work experience at a media agency or media owner.

We are a specialist destination Out-of-Home media owner, with four targeted Out-of-Home media networks, targeting shoppers and students.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English language fluency; excellent writing, punctuation, grammar and spoken English
  • Copywriting skills: hot on spelling and proof-reading
  • Presentation skills: From communicating ideas to your team to presenting to clients, you

need to organise information in a succinct and interesting way to capture attention

  • Strong interpersonal skills: by phone, by email or in person - need to be approachable,

friendly and empathetic, and be able to relate to people on different levels
with clients and with the media

  • Excellent telephone manner: you need to have the confidence to pick up the phone and

speak to prospective clients, maintaining a positive, friendly and upbeat tone

  • Time-keeping: You will often be working to tight media deadlines as well as meeting the

demands and pressures of the team and clients, so you need to be able to work quickly and
efficiently, without compromising on quality
