2nd Line On-Site Support Engineer

Our client, an MSP, is looking for 2 people to join their 2nd line team as part of their continued expansion, to support their London-base clients. The role will be to provide on-site support of their systems with guidance and assistance from the office-based support team.

One role will be focused on London Zone 1. The other will involve travel to a site in Uxbridge as well.

The core requirements for the role are: -

  • Supporting a client base in an O365 environment
  • Supporting Exchange (on-site and cloud ideally)
  • Supporting networking issues (DNS, DHCP, NAT, Subnetting)
  • Ability to resolve technical problems

As well as the technical skillset, strong customer facing skills and the ability to act as a representative of a business is paramount for the successful candidate.

These additional skills / experience would be useful: -

  • Any relevant qualifications
  • Azure / Azure AD experience
  • Cisco skills
  • Working within and ITIL environment
  • Configuring devices with Autopilot
