Technical Product Manager, Customer Support

LSEG is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for all Business as Usual (BAU), demand management and project/program delivery across our Customer Support capabilities for all LSEG business units. You will be responsible for management of roadmaps of changes and improvements to your capability and ongoing BAU support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts within CRM Technology, setting objectives and nurturing talent within the organisation to create opportunities for growth and internal mobility.
  • Responsible for CRM Technology demand management, prioritization of new demand, project/program delivery and the successful transition of new capabilities into BAU support. Assists with the annual capital allocation process where required.
  • Shapes the scope and roadmaps for assigned projects/programs and BAU delivery working closely with business partners.
  • Works with suppliers and internal delivery teams monitoring compliance with contracts and agreed delivery plans.
  • Gathers feedback on supplier performance, identifying issues and improvements.
  • Provides specialist expertise to strategic and transformational programmes where appropriate.
  • Leads issue resolution, providing options and solutions to resolve conflicts across teams.
  • Maintain relationship with wide range of partners including Project and Strategic Programme Teams, End-Users, Architecture, Technology Partner Organisations, DevOps Team, CRM Tech LT, LSEG Tech Teams, CT Application Support.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that values diversity and different viewpoints.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, ensuring equal opportunities for professional growth.

Skills & Experience

Technical / job functional knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager with a background in Business Analysis and Projects/Programme Management.
  • Good understanding of modern software development projects and lifecycle preferably in Salesforce.
  • Proactive management style.
  • Previous experience working in outsourced and offshore environments.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of management & staff.
  • Experience of delivering projects both in accordance with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Results focused with ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and without constant supervision.
  • Strong planning, problem solving, organisational and coaching skills.
  • Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationships.
  • Willing and able to challenge customers to better understand their needs.

Leadership and management experience

  • Leadership and management experience at Manager or equivalent level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly.
  • Ability to influence across multiple functions.
  • A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset.

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $122,000 - $226,600.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
