Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting guests.
- Addressing inquires, resolving issues, and ensuring positive guest experiences through exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with crowd control and ensuring guest safety.
- Supporting event set-up and breakdown, which may involve some heavy lifting.
- Guiding guests throughout the stadium.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hosting.
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Flexible availability on game days.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanour.
