HR Advisor

- This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting our people strategy, advising line managers, and contributing to a positive working environment across the business. This is an office based full time role no hybrid.
HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Support and coach line managers on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Manage recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
- Assist with learning and development initiatives and employee engagement projects.
- Support payroll and employee benefits administration
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Contribute to HR reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful HR Advisor will have the following skills and experience:-
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or working towards).
- Solid HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Employee Relations knowledge with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
- Experience with HR systems and MS Office.
