Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEMH Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop individual learning plans.
- Regularly assess and report on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching SEN or SEMH students.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH.
