The purpose of the Senior Pension Administrator is to ensure that pension plans run smoothly and efficiently, providing crucial support and services to plan participants and ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the pension schemes.

Duties include:

  • Oversee the administration of pension plans (DB, DC, CARE) and other retirement benefit schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the pension plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports and filings to regulatory bodies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for plan participants and beneficiaries.
  • Provide information and guidance on plan features, benefits, and options.

To be considered, you must have

  • An In-depth understanding of pension-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to analyse financial data, actuarial reports, and investment performance.
  • Accuracy in record-keeping, reporting, and compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with plan participants, management, and regulatory bodies.
  • The ability to address and resolve complex issues related to pension administration.
  • Efficiently managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities.
