This role is a result of business growth, working alongside commercial and technical staff.

Quantity Surveyor duties:
- Provide crucial technical and commercial support to the team
- Review and challenge member pricing documents and advise on improvement measures to ensure suitability for tendering in the open market
- Support the head of service in supporting the development and management of their suite of pricing models and contracts
- Work with colleagues and contractors to prepare and analyse framework pricing models and invitations to tender for mini competition
- Work with other internal teams to share all project and supply chain cost knowledge and data
Quantity Surveyor requirements:
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Commercial and operational experience for a private sector contractor or public sector housing body
- Direct experience of managing EU compliant procurement projects
- Considerable experience of complex Pricing Models and Specifications
- Significant knowledge of property maintenance, housing decency and property defects/remediation
