You'll develop and implement quality standards, inspect materials, and oversee manufacturing and assembly equipment

  • Working cross functionally across sites,

you'll support the QMS and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing and assembly processes

Monday – Thursday – 8.30am – 5.30pm

Friday – 8.30am – 3.30pm

Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement quality standards, control procedures, and testing methods for materials and finished products.
  • Ensure effective implementation of New Product Introductions and engineering changes, ensuring repeatable processes.
  • Reduce the cost of poor quality, through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure best practises and compliance on the shop floor while optimising assembly and testing equipment for current and future needs.
  • Conduct supplier audits for ISO and business compliance, Enhance manufacturing by analysing failures, reviewing documents, qualifying tools and containing defects.

Quality Engineer

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).
  • Experience in resolving production line issues related to jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Knowledge of test rig development and upgrades.
