The Role
Senior Management Accountant - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working - South Tyneside
Nigel Wright are exclusively supporting a fantastic North East business with their search for a Management Accountant to join them. This Management Accountant role supports and reports into the Group Financial Controller and will start on a 12 month fixed term basis.
Duties will include:
- Assist in the production and maintenance of monthly financial board report.
- Monthly production of business area P&L's and financial close, including the monthly reporting pack.
- Assist in the production of forecasts and annual budgets
- Oversee the financial appraisal of capital investment and other major projects.
- Assist in production of quarterly cashflow and covenant reporting forecasts.
- Assist in the production of draft annual report and accounts for all group companies, including annual corporation tax returns.
- Responsible for Capital and Major Repairs reporting, including monthly accruals, forecasts, and control of spend authorisation.
About You
- We're looking to hear from fully qualified Finance professionals with good Management Accounting/Commercial Finance experience.
- Any experience of ERP/systems implementation desirable
- Ideally you'll be available within one month's notice
