Day to Day of the role:

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities within the allocated region.
  • Forge and maintain long-term strategic alliances that deliver bottom-line profit.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage large-scale contract negotiations and close new business with potential customers.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Independently approach businesses, source leads, and identify key contacts for engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a Business Development Manager or B2B sales role.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities coupled with a strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Self-assured in both autonomous work and collaborative team settings.
  • Skilled in enhancing performance by collecting and interpreting data.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication talents, with a flair for interpersonal relations.
  • Proven competence in working collaboratively across various departments and forging strong customer relationships.
