Credit Administrator

Our client, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Temporary Credit Administrator with a background in Administration for one month starting on June 3rd or 10th.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Administration and Data Entry
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP is helpful but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:

  • Input credit-related data accurately into SAP system
  • Maintain credit files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of credit account creation and close
  • Update and reconcile existing credit data to correct discrepancies in SAP
  • File and organise credit-related paperwork

Hours of work will be 9 am - 5 pm

Driving licence and Own Transport would be advantageous due to office location.
