VACANCY: Sales Coordinator
LOCATION: Rochdale
SALARY: £24,000 + Annual bonus
WORKING HOURS: Mon - Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri - 9-2.30pm
Our client based in Rochdale is currently seeking 2 experienced Sales Coordinators to join the team due to coninued demand. An excellent opportunity to join a thriving organisation based on the outskirts of Rochdale, this opportunity will allow someone to excel in the role providing 1st class customer service.
Duties:
- Providing excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls
- Internally liaising with the sales team to resolve customer queries
- Providing product information and guidance
- Requesting samples to be dispatched
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with the warehouse and dispatch team on lead times
- Generating all relevant paperwork including: Pick & Delievery notes
- Liaising with logistics on lead times
- Keeping the customer up to date on the progress of their orders
- Liaising with accounts on invoice queries
- Setting new customers up on SAP
