The Office Administrator will be responsible for; processing sales and hires, answering telephone enquiries, supporting the team, assisting with accounts and marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing company in a varied role with good long-term prospects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is either experienced in administration work or who is looking to gain experience in this industry but has excellent customer service, maths and English skills to do so.

- Answering the telephone and email enquiries
- General administration work
- Sales and Operations work - taking enquiries, following up on quotations, processing orders, after-sales service
- Liaising - Communicate with employees and clients, arranging site visits
- Office - ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times and a clean office environment is maintained
- Marketing - developing the companies' social presences, bringing in new business and arranging conferences

- Ability to perform senior administrative duties and ability to work alone

- Excellent PC skills, competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Sage Line 50, CRM systems
