This is a fantastic opportunity for someone within the Building / Plumbing / Electrical industry to move into the Account Management space. My client are looking for someome who has previous experience working for one of the Building / Plumbing / Electrical Merchants and is looking for a change, whilst being able to utilise their previous experience.
This role will work closely with our merchants to help drive excellent merchant engagement, operational excellence and activation activities to help drive growth and customer acquisition in TradeKart.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with merchant branch networks to deliver a plan of activation activity for engagement
- Educate, incentivize and engage merchant staff with my clients proposition and operational requirements
- Manage day to day merchant operations include support on live orders to drive quick order acceptance and efficiency with picking and packing
- Use data to inform operational performance and drive both tactical and longer term improvement plans where required, carrying out weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting
- Execute a creative communication plan with merchant partners to inform, update and incentivize performance and activity
- Act as the bridge between our merchant partners and our team to deliver collaborative solutions for merchant success
- Obtain feedback and insights on operational activity, proposition and sentiment across employees within merchants
- Craft a structured calendar of activity to be implemented monthly and quarterly from a toolkit across promotions, events, incentives etc working with Head of Merchants and Head of Marketing
- Implement tactics to jointly grow and acquire new customers
- Carry out interactive training sessions
- Report to Head of Merchants
