Our Client is a Traditional long standing law firm in the Wolverhampton area, with a plethora of clients on hand and a great variety of Residential Property files. They also have some true benefits available such as; on site parking, dedicated support staff to each fee earner, tailored flexibility (with in reason as they believe in meeting with clients.).
About the Role:
They are seeking an experienced and qualified Residential Property Conveyancer, that has the ability to come into a maintained and managed caseload that is needing to be taken over.
Experience working on Traditional conveyancing files such as Freehold, Leasehold, New Builds and Shared Ownership properties on behalf of both Sellers and Buyers.
About You:
- Previously worked in a residential property department.
- Personable.
- Able to work well using own initiative
- Pro-active and driven
- Strong ICT skills
