- Salary: £27,000 - £45,000
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a PE Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about physical education, promoting health and fitness, and fostering a love for sports among students.
Day to Day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons to students across various year groups.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive environment that motivates students to participate in physical activities.
- Teach fundamental sports skills, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum and organize sports events and competitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or relevant teaching certification.
- Previous experience teaching PE at the secondary level is advantageous.
- Passion for promoting physical health and well-being among students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse student needs.
