Learning and Development Coach

We are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor who will be responsible for driving employee learning programmes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our clients Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team with responsibility for the development of team members across our clients global offices.

Description

  • As the L&D Advisor, you will deliver inductionions to new starters and support with onboarding for new recruits across the business
  • Deliver training courses
  • Assess competencies and skills to ascertain where Learning and Development support is required.
  • Co-ordinate and manage matrix review meetings and annual reviews for team members
  • Liaise with Divisional Managers to understand requirements on their teams for upskilling and training
  • Constant development of training programmes, including upgrading existing resources and creating new content, including updating e-learning and LMS content
  • Update & create online eLearning modules
  • Arrange whole company training sessions, online and face to face, where required

Profile

A successful 'Learning and Development Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programmes
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Good understanding of the recruitment consultancy industry
