We are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor who will be responsible for driving employee learning programmes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our clients Human Resources team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team with responsibility for the development of team members across our clients global offices.

Description
- As the L&D Advisor, you will deliver inductionions to new starters and support with onboarding for new recruits across the business
- Deliver training courses
- Assess competencies and skills to ascertain where Learning and Development support is required.
- Co-ordinate and manage matrix review meetings and annual reviews for team members
- Liaise with Divisional Managers to understand requirements on their teams for upskilling and training
- Constant development of training programmes, including upgrading existing resources and creating new content, including updating e-learning and LMS content
- Update & create online eLearning modules
- Arrange whole company training sessions, online and face to face, where required
Profile
A successful 'Learning and Development Advisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programmes
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Good understanding of the recruitment consultancy industry
