Our growing client is looking for a Membership Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will maintain a consistently high level of customer service for all stakeholders by utilizing processes and systems effectively, ensuring that tasks are accomplished in accordance with agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Efficiently administer chartered-related activities, facilitating seamless information flow among essential stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Archive Membership-related documentation in compliance with the Retention Policy.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Membership Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate records in both the database and paper format.
- Resolve booking issues and provide outstanding customer experience.
- Communicate with the membership panel to coordinate application reviews
- Support the end-to-end process from application submission to issuing of results.
Skills and Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Successful completion of GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Proven track record in a customer services role, demonstrating effective communication skills through email, telephone, and web chat interactions.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level database IT skills.
- Skills: Exceptional time management, high attention to detail, Strong communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships.
