Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a growing company in York who are recruiting a Management Accountant to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent role so are looking for someone to start asap. This is a full-time position offering hybrid working.
Salary: £35k-£40k (dependent on experience)
Location: York (hybrid working)
Working Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
Duties:
- Work closely with the Business Controller/Financial Controller
- Assist with month-end duties
- Accruals, prepayments, depreciation
- Profit and loss
- Check financial information – analyse company performance
- Prepare financial forecasts
- Ensure processes/systems align with the company
- Check year end is up to date
- Supervise credit control team – covering holidays/sickness if required
- Use of Xero
