Our client based in Rayleigh is a leading waterproofing systems provider facilitating both commercial and residential clients across the UK.
They are growing the sales division and need someone with an eye for detail and passion for customer service to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating project file information to support the sales team to maximise project conversion
- Creating quotes based on info from the sales team from existing templates
- Creating specifications from existing templates based on info from the sales team
- Delivering exceptional customer service/support
- Communicating with sales team offering support throughout the order process
- Contacting customers to create or update projects
- Reviewing information on databases to drive new leads and opportunities
- Creating opportunities to build new relationships with Architects, Surveyors etc
- Using various computer packages - Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, in house finance system
A typical day in the life would start by reviewing what quotes are required to be completed, these need to be completed with an eye for detail. They need to be right first time. You will have regular communication with the sales team ensuring a quick turnaround. Checking emails from the sales team/ directors for any urgent updates required. Through the course of the day you will be sending the quotes to the sales team and customers whilst saving into the project filing system. You will have an allocated amount of time to call potential new leads and projects both from current databases and new sources.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' in office environment ideally a sales support role
- Minimum of 2 years' in telesales environment ideally a creating new leads
- Ability to demonstrate a natural ability to build relationships and trust
- Must be able to demonstrate an eye for detail and ability to identify errors
