Sales Negotiator
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Basic £25k, OTE £35k - £40k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in property buying, sales, and lettings.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Generate regular sales and financial reports.
- Negotiate offers and strive for successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records and review sales performance.
- Aim for monthly or annual targets.
- Provide clients with detailed costings.
- Collaborate with team members to maximise results.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Ideally have 1 year of sales experience.
- Proficient in the English language.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification would be preferred.
- Experience with CRM software would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
