Rapier Employment
is looking for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based at their Bicester depot on an ongoing basis.
Must have at least 12 months of HGV Class 1 driving experience, with no more than 6 points on your licence.
Position
: Class 1 Driver
Pay
: £16.00 - £21.50 per hour
Hours
: AM & PM start times available. Must be able to work 5 out of 7 days, including one day over the weekend.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
:
- Deliver products to customer sites, ensuring delivery instructions are followed.
- Load/unload vehicle if required. This may involve pushing cages on the trailer.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain communication with the transport team & customers.
- Must be able to work one day over the weekend.
Requirements
:
- CPC Card
- Digi Card
- Full UK Licence (C+E)
- 12 months of Class 1 experience
- No more than 6 points on your licence
