Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits
Our Client is a nationwide Asbestos / Environmental outfit, who is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in the Midlands area. They hold a strong reputation within the industry and are renowned for offering excellent training and further development for employees. Ideally applicants will have an organised and meticulous manner and will be flexible to travel as per company requirements. Salaries on offer are competitive and range depending on experience.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have a proven track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor for an established outfit
- Must hold the P402 BOHS (or RSPH equivalent) qualification as a minimum
- Working in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidelines
- IT proficient and strong writing skills
- Hardworking and motivated attitude
The Role:
- Completing Asbestos Surveys, including: Demolition, Management and Refurbishment and some re-inspections
- Compiling thorough Asbestos Survey reports and accompanying schematic drawings
- Working across a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Local Authority and Public Sector Client sites
- Safe sampling of suspected ACMs (asbestos containing materials)
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Clients, through providing technical advice and project updates
