Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: SEMH Academy, Taunton
Hours: Full-time and Ad Hoc Supply Available (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Salary: £12.82 per hour+

Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring all students are supported in their learning.
- Individual Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help, adapting teaching methods to meet their needs.
- Resource Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring they are ready for use in the classroom.
- Behaviour Management: Support the implementation of the school's behaviour policy, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, marking, and organizing classroom activities.
- Supervision: Supervise students during break times, lunch periods, and on school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communication: Liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff members to provide updates on student progress and any concerns.
