What you'll be doing
- Set up and operate CNC machines for cutting and milling tasks.
- Interpret and work from CAD drawings to ensure accurate machine settings.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Assemble jigs post-milling, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensuring workstation and surrounding areas are tidy at all time
You'll be a good fit for this role if you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, cutting, and milling processes.
- Ability to assemble jigs post-milling (training can be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make adjustments as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
