Our lovely client, a Property company based in the West end is looking for an OM for their expanding team.
- Managing main OM inbox
- Responding to and dealing with emails (relating to non-transactional matters) on the Managing Director's behalf
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including monitoring and dealing with team scheduling conflicts
- Tidying and organisation of the office and arranging cleaning/repairs and maintenance of office/office equipment
- Recording/updating contact details on CRM system
- Recording office expenditure and dealing with payments and record keeping of invoices and office accounts using XERO/Dext software and internal Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining/updating internal databases using a range of software (including Office365, SharePoint and Excel)
- Overseeing office IT matters
- Assisting staff with travel arrangements as and when necessary
- Maintaining stationery supplies
- Dealing with administrative HR matters
- Overseeing the maintenance of and updating the company website and dealing with any required advertising on relevant portals
- Updating the company's LinkedIn (and any other applicable social media) profile as and when necessary
- Checking data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data and reviewing/updating policies
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with and suppliers
- Dealing with all suppliers and contract/subscription renewals
- Filing (electronic and hard copy)
- Assisting with the Managing Director's personal matters/companies
