Meech International has an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. Founded in 1907, for over a century we have been engineering and manufacturing products in the UK that are used worldwide. What we do.

We have four separate divisions: Static Control, Web Cleaning, Compressed Air Technology and Surface Cleaning Systems. Each division is interconnected through applications in various sectors.

We work in a large number of diverse industries all over the world, including pharmaceutical, food & beverage and the emerging EV Battery market, where we are at the forefront of development in specialist contamination removal and static control.

Objective of role:

To assist with a wide range of marketing activities that will ultimately build brand awareness, reputation, and sales for Meech International. This will focus on coordinating the Meech Marketing activity.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the key activities and responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the implementation and design of all areas of Marketing. This includes suggesting new strategies and reviewing what we are currently doing.
  • Working with members of the global Marketing team to develop marketing initiatives around the core Meech Industries and planning, designing, and implementing the Meech global marketing plan.
  • Conduct Market Research within the core industries and use that that to help grow sales. Develop and coordinate areas of the website. This includes working with other members of the team to ensure monitoring and reporting is carried out.
  • Work with Internal and external partners on the development and promotion of the Meech messaging in relation to Systems and MAT. This includes but is not restricted to PR, advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Working with other members of the global marketing team to design and film videos and animations that promote Meech. This could also include arranging and promoting Webinars.
  • Working with other members of the global marketing team to write and send Meech E-shots.
  • Design marketing materials, including Meech brochures, strategy documents, presentations, application guides and product manuals.
  • Work with Product Managers and Engineering team on product launches, including any launch packs, videos, data sheets.
  • Research, Plan, organise and coordinate (with assistance) all exhibitions. On a wider point this includes how the stand looks, how we show products and how stands are built.
  • Support Product Management Team with competitor research and analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Based at Meech's UK head office in Witney, Oxfordshire;
  • Some Marketing qualifications (degree or CIM) would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in a marketing department is required, ideally with B2B Marketing Communications experience.
  • Good written English
  • Experience of using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator), After Effects and 3D Studio Max – 3D rendering software is desirable
  • Good presenting skills – Webinars etc
