Our client is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to assist with project administration in the Petersfield area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to ensure tasks are defined and delivered, dealing with Client and Landlord Systems and processes.
- Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of all areas of Works
- Client/ Landlord (airport/ Railway Station) Liaison
- Permit submission to airport/railway stations/other authorities.
- Compiling spreadsheets and report documentation.
- Project Planning for delivery
- Ordering/ chasing suppliers/contractors for quotations/materials
- Assisting with the general organisation of engineers' and sub-contractors details
- Compiling RAMS documentation and checking suitability for the works
- Compiling As Built & H&S Details for Projects
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills especially in Excell)
- Experience in the construction/engineering industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Good Time management
- Ability to understand and pick up client portal systems and different online document systems.
- Ability/experience with RAMS or understanding basic H&S terminology (desirable)
- Ability to multitask
