Position: Teacher of Design Technology (Product Design)
Location: Leeds LS16
Contract: Full-Time, September 2024 - December 2024 (Potential to Extend)
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Design Technology with a focus on Product Design for a long-term role in Leeds LS16. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4, preferably with a focus on Product Design

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Initiative in planning and preparing engaging lessons
- Proficiency in assessing pupil progress through formative and summative assessments
