We're seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join a leading 'not for profit' organisation. Offering hybrid working and a fixed term contract up to May 2025 and with a start date of 2nd September 2024.

Hybrid working (two days office based and three days home working).

Reporting directly to Head of HR, you will be joining a passionate, collaborative hardworking small HR team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Providing support, advice and guidance to your business areas.
  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Managing employee relations and performance management.
  • Change management.
  • Providing advice on employee engagement, health, and wellbeing, pay and rewards and internal communications.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of assoicated projects inline with their People strategy .

Person Specification:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Hold an established HR generalist background.
  • Possess exceptional coaching and influencing skills
  • Enable to build trust and influence positive outcomes across a range of HR matters.
