Your responsibilities will include processing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Calling existing customers for their orders for the next day delivery
Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices
Check the customer balance and inform for any outstanding
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay informed about new products and feature
Answering the phone calls and emails
Deal with customers queries
Check the goods picked by the Warehouse team that are the right one going out
Order stationery when needed

Requirements and Skills:
