Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established international business . Our client has multiple sites across the Uk an nationally and due to a busy period are looking for a coordinator to join their project team.
The Projects Installation Co-ordinator will be responsible for assisting with various tasks as part of projects being undertaken
As a Temporary Projects Installation Co-ordinator, you will be required to liaise with all internal departments and external parties to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
Key duties include
- Liaising with customers via email and on the telephone
- Liaising with third parties both internally and externally
- Assisting with various projects
- Assisting with the preparation for instillations
- Project administration
- Deal with shipments
- Schedule diaries
The ideal coordinator will have / be
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and experience
- Well organised
- Be flexible at times to support with projects
- Immediately available
